Despite the 1.16 v9 hiccups and the team reverting everyone back to v8, this is still the most stable and robust spigot / bungeecord chat plugin around. Most of the other “well known” ones have also had their fair share of issues post 1.16. During the v9 debacle I had to test the other big name chat plugins to see if I could “jump ship” for the time being. They all had plenty of their own 1.16+ issues or weren’t bungee compatible or even providing any updates after the initial 1.16 compatibility, etc…

Understandably those who didn’t keep up with the CCP discord channel were confused or not up to date with all the issues, fixes and dev snapshots that made available there. You can only blame the team for so much, at some point as a server owner it’s on you to spend a little time researching, reading discord support channels, etc…

Given how quickly people can turn toxic and demanding, I’m blown away by the continued professionalism the CCP team has had. I certainly couldn’t have handled most of what I saw. It was a sucky few weeks, but glad you guys are on top of it all, and haven’t abandoned us! Thanks for all the hard work!
