One of the best chat plugins in terms of functionality and one of the worst in terms of performance. This plugin can take more resources than an anticheat plugin and I see no clear reason for that. Support is good, a lot of issues are resolved quickly, though it is a bit stubborn and refuses to help if you do not share ENTIRE configuration with them (I think they need a way to share the configuration privately as some server owners put hours into configuring everything and it can be easily stolen).
