I took one star off of my previous rating because I found that when the season was over and the time came to melt the snow, any snow that was on the ground under a tree or just had any blocks hanging over it at all would stay. This resulted with lots of patches of snow around even after the majority of it had melted. Only way to get rid of them is to remove manually.

Overall this is still a great plugin but I think users adding this to their servers should be aware of the above scenario.
