I wish this would’ve been available in 2011. This would’ve exposed some abusive staff of ours way earlier than we did back then. ^^
The setup was really simple and the config easy to understand.
A per-world or permission-group limits option for the items would probably make a nice addition, but the newcomer thing will certainly do for now (a lot of servers have seperate ranks for new people anyway, though).

Great developer, bought CoreArena too, because I like his plugins.
