I use this plugin on my server all the time on all my servers
I made a pre-made folder with all of the:
Settings.yml
Handlers
Rules
Logs
and everything else in the plugin itself

It does not contain the plugin itself but the ChatControl folder so that you can unzip it in your plugins folder, and it will have a pre-made rules, settings, and handlers.

I will be updating it once I get some comments for words, handlers, and whatnot to add.
