Can you add an option to send global (over bungee) messages for players, which has a specific permission?

Cmd example (if players has permission “anticheat.alert”, he will see this message):
/ chc global anticheat.alert Player MrSplash suspected for KillAura

I found AACBungeeConnect, but i think it’s really bad idea to use it, because i can send notifications using ChatControl.
