ya i converted the files to utf8 and it didn't do anything so it wasn't an encoding issue

One of most powerful Chat plugins ever made ! I liked chat notification ,anti-spam and anti-bot features . But PlaceholderAPI isn't working perfectly as the premium version of the plugin which make me disappointed . anyway nice work =)
