This is the best Chat Controlling Plugin Ever Suggestions: Add a /chc chatslow with configurable message and duration between next chat. so moderators can limit the players chatting abilites.

Good plugin, but the latest plugin broke it. I was able to chat once, then when attempting to chat again, it said "You can not chat until you move", even after moving repeatedly. Fixed when I changed worlds. The hotfix that was released did not fix t...
