This is one of the best and most feature-filled chat plugin available on Spigot, the developer is active developing this plugin and delivers great support. The plugin is easy to configure (only rules seemed a bit hard) and is really stable. This is definatly worth the price, it’s been there since 2013 and is still being developed.
