It is very good the plugin to be Free, although it is the lite version of the paid version, it has good functions.

I have found another new reason to love this plugin. I am using another plugin, which has no option to change it's prefix or messages. With ChatControl packet rules, I can still change everything. kangarko, thank you for your recent support.

Yup, it's the best plugin for controlling your chat. I try to keep all of the other plugins away from anything chat-related, and let this guy take over. Too many options, but I can't complain, because they're all useful.
